In this short tutorial video I will guide you in relaxing your neck through a head roll and readjusting your head to neutral on your neck.
In this picture, the head is too far forward. This causes additional neck and shoulder tension issues.
In this picture you can see an extreme example of correct head placement over the shoulders. This position you should work on gradually becoming a habit. It takes time to adapt, many months or longer, so be patient with yourself.
