The sternocleidomastoid massage helps ease pain around and behind your eye. This self massage, paired with readjusting your neck, can make a large difference with easing your headaches.
During your focused headache massage session we will focus on the muscles that are typically tight and causing pain. The trapezius, sternocleidomastoid and suboccipitals are the typical troublesome muscles. You should leave the session with less pain and better movement.

- One-sided deafness or crackling in the ear.
- Headaches across the whole forehead.
