How frequently does your shoulder ache, especially after a long session at the computer?
The primary muscle that causes this ache is the trapezius muscle shown here.
Do you see the red areas? Those are the typical pain areas and the “x” marks where the point is that is referring pain. So if you place the ball on that spot, while leaning into a doorway or against a wall, you will be able to get a bit of self massage done.
